This is how you can do yoga in the office
According to the order, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and Ministry of AYUSH have come up with this scheme for their officers and employees, which can also be called Work Place Yoga. Due to continuous work sitting at the same place, the body has to face stress, especially the spinal cord, doctors also recommend that after working between 20 minutes to half an hour, stand up and walk a little or give rest to the body. It is necessary to shake, so that the stress can be released. Y break is also based on this advice, under which officers and employees can do yoga while sitting at their places. This will prove to be more beneficial for those officer employees who are unable to do workouts or yoga due to busy work.
Ministry of Personnel issued this order
In an order issued by the Ministry of Personnel, it has been said that all central ministries and departments should adopt and promote this new yoga protocol, employees have been advised to take short yoga breaks twice a day in the office. It has been asked to take this yoga break two hours after eating food, during this time you can take off your shoes and belt and do yoga comfortably. Some simple yoga exercises have also been mentioned by the ministry, which include asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
