The state government has given a big gift to its 7th Pay Commission employees before Diwali. Actually their dearness allowance has been increased by 4 percent (DA Hike). This decision has been taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister. With this, it has increased from 34 percent to 38 years for employees and pensioners. Its benefit will be made available to the employees from July 1, 2022. The same arrears are also to be paid.

A cabinet meeting was held in Bihar at 5:00 pm. In the cabinet meeting, it has been agreed to give the benefit of increased dearness allowance to government servants and pensioners from July 1. Apart from 5 lakh government employees, the benefit of dearness allowance will be given to 3.5 lakh pensioners.

However, dearness allowance will be calculated on the basic pay. For this, an increase of 10 to 15 thousand rupees will be seen annually on the salary. However, with the payment of arrears, this amount can increase to Rs 20 to 22 thousand.

Earlier, giving a big gift to the central employees, the Modi government had announced an increase in dearness relief on their inflation. For which orders have been issued by the Ministry of Finance. Along with this, increase in dearness allowance has also been announced by many other governments. Now the Bihar government has announced an increase in dearness allowance for its employees.

Apart from this, the Rajasthan Delhi Karnataka government has also announced an increase in the dearness allowance of its employees. However, soon a big gift will be given by the Uttar Pradesh government to its employees. Along with this, the Himachal Pradesh government and the Uttarakhand government have also made preparations to increase the dearness allowance and dearness relief to the employees.
