Government of India’s resolution 2009 for old pension and family pension scheme to the employees recruited before 2005 has been approved by the government.
The government has once again given a big gift to its 7th pay commission employees. In fact, it is being considered a masterstroke of the government before the elections. However, whatever the circumstances of the decision, the employees seem to be reaping huge benefits from it. In fact, on the one hand, it has been decided to immediately implement the new pay commission for the remaining allowances. On the other hand, the employees will also be given the benefit of old pension scheme. The salary allowance of the employees has also been increased. Along with this, they have been given an increase in their assistance amount and exemption in departmental examination.
In fact, the Government of Gujarat has decided to implement the rest of the children of the Seventh Pay Commission with immediate effect to its employees. Will go Not only this, an increase has also been announced in their other allowances.
It has been decided by the State Government to increase the Central Provident Fund, an integral part of the salary, from 10% to 14%. At the same time, it has been decided to give higher pay scale to the state employees as well as the Centre. Medical allowance will be made available to the employees under the 7th Pay Commission.
Apart from this, a detailed decision has been taken on 15 demands of government employees. While accepting some of the demands related to the old pension scheme, state spokesperson Minister Jitu Vaghani said that the old pension scheme is being partially implemented.
Apart from this, the arrears of the Seventh Pay Commission will be paid to the employees of the state. Teachers working in the municipal and metropolitan municipalities of the state have also been given a big benefit, in fact they will be given the benefit of 4200 grade pay. Primary teachers recruited before 27 September 2011 are included in full pay with retirement. Taking a big decision for the same women employees, they will be entitled to take 6 months maternity leave from the original date of employment.
The amount of assistance given to the family of the employee of the deceased has been increased from Rs.8 lakh to Rs.14 lakh. Apart from this, the rate of interest to the employees on retirement and the period of commuted pension has also been reduced. Apart from this, an increase in the amount of retirement payable in case of death in active service has also been announced. After the limit of 45 years, it has been announced to give benefits to the employees in the examination.
