Big announcement possible on fitment factor

If the government increases the fitment factor at the rate of 3.68, then a direct increase of ₹ 8000 will be seen in the basic salary.
The fitment factor was increased by the central government. Its basic salary can be increased from 18000 to ₹ 26000. At present, 2.57 percent are expected to be fit for government employees. This can be increased to 3.68%. This means that the basic salary of the employees will be 26000.
In such a situation, if the basic salary of an employee is ₹ 18000, then excluding other allowances, if the fitment factor is added, then their salary can be up to 46260. With the increase in the fitment factor, their salary will also increase. Along with this, many other allowances will also increase.
