Bat-bat of central employees
At present, dearness allowance is being given to central employees and pensioners at the rate of 34 percent. But in view of the backbreaking inflation, the government has increased it by 4 percent to 38 percent. Central employees will be paid full payment of new dearness allowance along with October salary. In the month of October, all the arrears of the last 3 months will also be given to the employees.

How much profit will you get!
Dearness allowance has been increased by 4 percent. Dearness allowance of central employees has been increased to 38 percent. With the increase in dearness allowance, a tremendous increase in the salary of central employees is possible. According to the data, 47 lakh employees and 68 lakh pensioners will benefit from this decision of the central government.

1. If the basic salary of a government employee is Rs 56,000, then dearness allowance of Rs 21,280 will be available if the dearness allowance is increased at the rate of 38 percent. That is, if you add Rs 2240 more every month and profit according to the whole year, then you will get Rs 21,280 * 12 = 255360. This means that on an annual basis, you will get Rs 26,880 more dearness allowance than before.

2. Suppose the basic salary of an employee is Rs 18,000, then at the rate of 34 per cent, he is getting Rs 6,120 as dearness allowance. But after increasing the dearness allowance to 38 percent, Rs 6,840 will be available as dearness allowance. That is, where earlier dearness allowance was getting Rs 6,120 * 12 = Rs 73,440, after increasing it, you will get Rs 82,080 i.e. benefit of Rs 8,640.
