DA will be increased by about 4 per cent, which will increase from 34 per cent to 38 per cent. About 1.25 crore people will benefit from this. A bumper hike will also be recorded in the salary of all the employees. The central government has not yet officially announced the date for increasing DA, but such a claim is being made in the media reports.
Salary will increase so much annually
If there is an increase of 4 percent in DA, then the salary of the employees will increase by about Rs 2.60 lakh annually.
In fact, currently all central employees and pensioners are getting DA and DR at the rate of 34 percent under the 7th Pay Commission. Now once a new dearness allowance will be announced in July, because dearness allowance of central employees is increased twice a year.

According to media reports, after the data till June, the central government will review it in July and take the final decision on DA. Decision will be taken. If DA increases by 3-4 percent, then it will cross 37 percent or 38 percent and there will be a jump in salary by 2.60.
47 lakh central employees and 68 lakh pensioners will get the benefit of this. Central employees get DA according to basic pay and grade, so they can calculate salary accordingly.
According to media reports, for example, if the basic salary of the employees is Rs 56,900, they will get Rs 21,622 as DA on 38% dearness allowance and the salary will increase by Rs 2,276 per month i.e. the annual salary will increase by Rs 27,312 i.e. total annual DA will be Rs 2,59,464.
If your salary is Rs 20000, then at the rate of 4 percent, it will increase by Rs 800 in a month. Dearness allowance is determined from the basic salary of the employees, for this a formula is also fixed.
