The state government has again given a big relief to the 7th pay commission employees. Actually, DA has increased to 34 after the increase of 3% in the DA of the employees of the Center (DA Hike).
At the same time, the notification has been issued by the state government. According to the notification issued, the benefit of the increase will be made available to the employees from January 1, 2022.
Along with salary, 4 months’ arrears will also be provided to the same government employees. The Finance Department has issued an order for this. Ajay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, says that the notification was issued.
The benefit of which will be available from January 1, 2022. Dearness allowance of employees taking benefit of 7th pay scale has increased from 31.
The DA of various employees of 5th and 6th grade has been increased. The dearness allowance of employees has been increased from 196% to 203 percent to take advantage of the sixth pay scale.
The dearness allowance of employees has been increased from 368 per cent to 381 per cent whenever they take advantage of the 5th pay scale.
The same dearness relief will be provided to the pensioners at the rate of 34 percent. If earlier the government had given good news to the contractual employees when their dearness allowance was increased by 83% under the sixth pay scale, the same DA of contractual employees was available at the rate of 113 percent. Which was increased to 196 percent.
Along with this, about half a dozen appointment rules and JTET manuals were also approved. Apart from this, permission has also been sought to amend the transfer policy of teachers. The notification of teachers will be issued after the permission of the Election Commission.
Actually, the transfer policy of teachers was implemented by the state government in the year 2019. With the modification of which, inter-district transfer of teachers can be done. At the same time, teachers will also be able to take establishment in their home district.
