The Rajasthan government had introduced the Minimum Guaranteed Income Bill 2023, in which state CM Ashok Gehlot has talked about giving unemployment allowance. Apart from this, it has been decided to increase the social security pension by 15 percent on the basis of two installments. From now on, the pensioners of the state will get the benefit of 15 percent more pension than before. People falling in the category of old age, disabled, widow, single women will get the benefit of this.
Dearness allowance increased for the second time in a row
Chhattisgarh government has also made many announcements ranging from dearness allowance for government employees. This time a 4 percent increase in DA has been announced here. It has been increased for the second consecutive time in a month. Earlier, 5 percent was increased in the cabinet meeting. Now five lakh employees of this state will get dearness allowance at par with the central government employees.
Salary also increased
Apart from this, the Chhattisgarh government has also decided to increase the salary of 37,000 contract employees by 27 percent, which will cost the state government an extra Rs 350 crore. Apart from this, there has been an increase in the salary of many people including guest teachers, patwaris, police constables, block level employees.
