NDMC can pass the demand of the employees in the council meeting to be held on Wednesday. With this the demand pending for years will be fulfilled.

All employees will get benefits
In this episode, we are going to resolve the issue pending for years to the employees of NDMC. He said that it could not be implemented due to various reasons.
Since Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are paying special attention to the issue of employees, these issues are now being resolved rapidly. Chahal informed that the employees of all the departments of NDMC will get the benefit of the pay scales of the Seventh Pay Commission.
There will be an increase in the salary of the employees
In such a situation, the Accounts and Law Department, who were not given the benefit of Delhi Transco Limited Pay Scale from 1998 to 2015, will also be given its benefit. Also, from 2016 everyone will get the benefit of seventh pay scale. This will increase the salary of the employees.
He told that the whole scheme is employee friendly. In this, if recovery is made from any employee, then that too will not be recovered. Employees who have retired till December 31, 2015 will also get its benefit.

It is noteworthy that NDMC has 11,000 retired and 11,000 regular employees. All the employees will get its benefit. Earlier DTL pay scale was available in NDMC.
When the Seventh Pay Commission was implemented across the country, the central government also included NDMC in it. The employees had gone to the court regarding this and opinion was also taken from the Union Home Ministry. After this it is being implemented now.
