Indian Railway Employees Federation (IREF) has written a letter to Railways demanding revised bonus on the basis of 7th Pay Commission. IREF has demanded that the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission (7th CPC) were implemented in the Railways on January 1, 2016, but the employees’ bonus (PLB) is still being paid on the basis of calculation of minimum wages prescribed in the 6th Pay Commission.
