There have also been reports many times that the Eighth Vacancy Commission will not come. But now it is being said by quoting some media reports that the matter regarding the 8th Pay Commission can move forward. If the 8th Pay Commission comes, then there will be a bumper increase in the salary of central employees.

When can the 8th Pay Commission come –

According to the news going on in the media, there is such a discussion in the government departments that the matter regarding the 8th Pay Commission is moving forward. The 8th Pay Commission can be planned in the year 2024. After the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, both the basic salary and the dearness allowance received by the employees will increase.

How much will be the salary-

At present 7th Pay Commission is applicable. According to this, the central employees get a minimum basic salary of Rs 18,000. Basic salary is decided on the basis of fitment factor. Under this, uniform fitment was applied to every grade. The employees also opposed it. But, due to delay from the fixed limit, it was implemented according to the recommendations. At present, the revised basic pay is calculated from the old basic pay on the basis of fitment factor.

Salary will increase up to 8 thousand –

There will be a big increase in the minimum salary of the central employees of pay-grade level matrix 1 to 3. There can be a jump of more than 44 percent and the minimum basic salary can be 26,000. However, the government currently does not have any proposal regarding the 8th Pay Commission. Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chowdhary himself has also given an answer on this in the Lok Sabha. But, according to the news going on in the media, the next pay commission may be considered in the year 2024.
