In such a situation, employees are hopeful that the next Pay Commission may be implemented in 2026. Although no announcement has been made by the government in this regard yet, but after the completion of the Lok Sabha elections, speculations are being made that the government may take a big step in this direction.

There is also hope of increase in minimum salary

If reports are to be believed, after the formation of the Pay Commission, it takes 12 to 18 months for the commission to present its recommendations.
