The heat wave in Delhi and its surrounding areas, which are scorching with record-breaking heat, is now over. Earlier, the Meteorological Department i.e. IMD had predicted that the heat wave will continue from Monday to Thursday, but meanwhile the Meteorological Department informed that in the coming days, there will be clouds in front of the sun in the sky. Meanwhile, after the rain, the heat will reduce due to the drop in temperature.

Clouds will remain throughout the day

According to the information of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the series of rains is going to start in the coming days. At the same time, monsoon will also knock in Delhi NCR this week, after which people struggling with severe heat will get relief from the heat. Today i.e. on June 25, the sky will remain cloudy throughout the day. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert regarding rain. Meanwhile, the wind will blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour.

Relief from heat after rain

Talking about monsoon, now monsoon has started moving towards North India. According to the information of Indian Meteorological Department, Chhattisgarh, Odisha as well as most parts of Vidarbha have got relief from heat due to post-monsoon rain. Now monsoon has rained in Northwest Bay of Bengal and Sub Himalayan Bengal as well as some parts of Bihar.

Indian Meteorological Department i.e. IMD has issued news of relief for Delhi as well as Bihar, Andaman and Nicobar as well as Jharkhand. According to the information of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in these areas today. In the coming five days, rain clouds are hovering over Meghalaya, Assam, West Bengal as well as Arunachal.

Rainy season begins in North India

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has predicted sporadic rains in Delhi today as well. That is, there are chances of rain in the capital Delhi today, after which people struggling with the scorching heat can get relief from the heat.

Possible weather activity during the next 24 hours

During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rains are possible in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala, coastal Karnataka, Konkan and Goa and parts of Gujarat. Sikkim, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Lakshadweep may receive light to moderate rains with heavy rains at some places.

Light to moderate rains may occur in Odisha, Marathwada, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, southeast and eastern Rajasthan, parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Uttarakhand. Light rain is possible over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, parts of Punjab, Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Vidarbha.
