The design of the Passwords app looks very similar to the Reminders app. However, there are different varieties available in this app-
- All
- Passkeys
- Codes
- Wi-Fi
- Security
- Deleted
You can tap on any of these sections. As soon as you tap on an individual entity, you will see the login and password. Each entry will have fields like app name, username, login, verification code, website logged in, and notes. Here you will also see a one-tap option to change the password. The layout of the Passwords app will look similar to the Passwords section in the Settings app of iOS 18 .
How to add login and password
- First of all, you have to tap on the “+” button at the bottom of the main interface.
- The password will automatically pop-up with new entries on the app.
- In a new screen you have to add the website name and username.
- Copy the password and enter it into the app, website, or service you’re signing up for.
- After this you will need to tap on Save and the information will be saved.

How to change password in the new Password app
- First of all you will need to open the Password app.
- You will have to search for the login which needs to be updated.
- Now after tapping on Edit, tap “Change Password…”.
- Tapping on Change Password will open the website associated with the login and password.
- To make changes to the process you will also need to enter the password first.
- For this, after logging into the account, you will have to look for the option to update the password.
