TVS Raider iGO: The company has included “Boost Mode” in TVS Raider iGO, which comes with iGO Assist Technology. The company claims that the new bike is the fastest 125 cc motorcycle in its segment. This is the effect of Bajaj Pulsar N125, due to which the company has launched the new variant of Raider in the market.
TVS Raider iGO Variant Launched: TVS Motor Company has officially launched the new iGO variant of its famous bike TVS Raider for sale on the occasion of festive season. The company has launched this bike to celebrate 10 lakh units sales. Equipped with attractive looks and powerful engine, the price of this bike has been fixed at Rs 98,389 (ex-showroom).
Competition with Pulsar N125:
TVS Raider is a very famous bike in the 125 cc segment. Which competes with models like Honda Shine, SP and Bajaj Pulsar N 125 in the market. Recently, Bajaj Auto also launched its new Pulsar N125. Its starting price has been fixed at Rs 94,707 (ex-showroom). That is, this new variant of TVS Raider is about Rs 3,600 more expensive than Pulsar.

How is the new TVS Raider iGO:
The new variant includes “Boost Mode”, which comes with iGO Assist Technology. The company claims that the new bike is the fastest 125 cc motorcycle in its segment. A Nardo Grey color option is also being offered in this variant. Which comes with red color alloy wheels. Along with this, an upgraded reverse LCD connected instrument cluster has also been given with more than 85 connected features. Which enhances the sporty and premium appeal of the motorcycle.
More torque and mileage:
The company says that the engine of the TVS Raider equipped with iGO Assist generates a class leading torque of 11.75 Newton meter at 6000 rpm. iGO Assist enables the rider to accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in just 5.8 seconds with the feature Boost Mode given for the first time in its segment. Apart from this, it also improves the mileage of the bike by about 10%.
TVS Raider has a 124.8 cc capacity air and oil-cooled 3V engine as before. Which generates power of 8.37kW. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It has gas-charged 5-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, low friction front suspension and split seat and 17 inch alloy wheels.
Speaking on the new launch, Anirudh Haldar, Senior Vice President – Head Commuter Business and Head Corporate Brand and Media, TVS Motor Company said, “TVS Raider has now become even more stunning. For the first time in the segment, Boost Mode is being offered which generates an additional 0.55 Nm of torque and also increases mileage by up to 10%. Apart from this, red color alloys also enhance the sporty look of the bike.”
