Concern over huge decrease in demand for petrochemical products
On the other hand, the government oil companies have been vigorously pursuing the Ujjwala scheme across the country on the instructions of the central government. But the way the demand for petrol and diesel is decreasing due to lockdown, there is growing concern. The demand for all types of energy has been reduced due to the road off of vehicles due to the lockdown and stalled industrial activities.
