New Delhi, Tech Desk. A new edition of Samsung Galaxy S20 + is going to be launched next month. This smartphone will be launched on 9 July. The company has partnered with Korean pop band BTS for this special edition of Galaxy S20 +. This new special edition will be launched under the name of Galaxy S20 + BTS Edition. Samsung Electronics has teased the promo video from its official Twitter handle about this special edition, which details its pre-order. This special edition will be made available for pre-order between June 19 and July 5.
The Galaxy S20 + was launched in February this year. It was only after the launch of this smartphone that it was promoted in the South Korean market by BTS band member Kim Tae Hyung. This special edition will be made available for sale in the Korean market from 9 July. In this special edition, logo of BTS band along with Samsung will be given in the back panel.
According to the information shared by the twitter handle of Samsung Electronics, this smartphone is being promoted with the tagline “Vary By Country”. In such a situation, it is not clear whether it will be launched in India or not. Tipster Wax Weinbach has claimed that Samsung can also launch the BTS edition of its Galaxy Buds + with it soon. However, no official announcement has been made by the company yet.
Talking about the features of Galaxy S10 + BTS Edition, its features will be similar to the Wes model. Some changes can be seen in its software and design. The company can tease about its other features in the coming days. The Galaxy S10 + launched in February comes with a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display panel. The phone runs on Exynos 990 SoC. This device comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB / 256GB storage option. Triple rear camera set-up is given in the back of the phone. The front panel has a 10MP selfie camera with punch-hole. To give power to the phone, it has a 4,500mAh battery with fast and wireless charging feature. The phone runs on OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10. Its price in the Indian market is Rs 77,999.
