New Delhi, Business Desk. State Bank of India (SBI) provides cardless cash withdrawal facility to its customers. With this facility, customers can withdraw cash safely and easily from bank ATMs without a debit card. One can withdraw cash from ATMs without using debit card through SBI’s YONO app.


Know how SBI customers withdraw cash from ATMs without using their debit card

  • 1) Download internet banking app YONO.
  • 2) To initiate the transaction, go to ‘YONO Cash Options’.
  • 3) Then go to the ATM section and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  • 4) SBI will send you a YONO cash transaction number on your registered mobile.
  • 5) It is valid for four hours.
  • 6) Go to SBI ATM and select ‘YONO Cash’ on the ATM screen
  • 7) Enter YONO Cash Transaction Number
  • 8) Enter and validate YONO Cash PIN.
  • 9) Take full details and cash of the transaction.

Can this facility be used to withdraw cash from another bank’s ATM?

The SBI Cardless Cash Withdrawal facility can be used only at SBI ATMs. This facility is for reducing debit cards and fraud at ATMs.


Cash withdrawal limit

SBI customers can withdraw a minimum of ₹ 500 and a maximum of ₹ 10,000 in a transaction. What should we do if the transaction fails at the ATM?

There is no need to panic if you are not able to withdraw money due to some failure in ATM due to technical fault and the amount is deducted from your account. Just inform your bank immediately.
