The Department of Telecommunications may soon issue a guideline for this. It was told that for converting to postpaid, customers will not have to fill the application form again. That is, customers will not have to go through the process of re-verification and verification will be done on the customer’s mobile with OTP. Apart from this, customers can upload their address proof on the company’s website for billing.
