New Delhi:Â Xiaomi company’s upcoming smartphone Redmi 9 Power will be launched on December 17 at 12 noon. Xiaomi has announced the launch of Redmi 9 Power by releasing media invites. It will be a re-branded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G smartphone, which was launched in China last month. The standard variant of the phone will come with 4GB RAM support. One variant of this will come with 4GB RAM 64GB storage. At the same time, the second variant 4GB RAM will come in 128GB storage option.

Company released teaser
Some time ago the teaser post of Redmi 9 Power was released from Xiaomi from the Twitter account of Redmi India. In this tweeter post, the upcoming device was teased with the Power Packed tag line. A separate microsite has been created by Xiaomi regarding the upcoming launch on Mi.com. It has a quad rear camera setup, which will come with 48MP primary camera and fast charging technology. The phone can be launched in green, blue and black color options.

Talking about the specifications, the Redmi 9 Power smartphone can be offered with a 6.67 inch Full HD Plus display. Its resolution will be 1,080×2,340 pixels. The phone will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. The phone has a support of 6,000mAh battery for powerbackup. The phone can be charged with the help of 18W fast charging. A separate quad camera setup can be given in the phone from the Redmi Note 9 4G smartphone. The phone will work on MIUI 12 out of the box.
