How to Download E-PAN Card?
1. First of all, one has to go to the ‘Download e-PAN’ option given on the Income Tax       Department website.
2. Here you have to enter your PAN card number.
3. Then, enter the Aadhar card number.
4. It will ask you to enter your date of birth. After that, accept the terms and conditions.
5. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, an OTP will be sent to your          registered mobile number. Enter that OTP and tap on submit button.
6. After that, a payment option will open. Here you have to pay ₹8.26, which you can pay   through UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card.
7. After the payment is completed, you can download your e-PAN card.
It is to be noted that the PDF file of PAN card will be password protected. Its password will be your date of birth.
