At present there is no unified policy for filling up of non-centralized posts in the bodies. Some bodies recruit on vacant posts and in some the posts remain vacant for years. This affects the work. That is why the Urban Development Department is preparing to implement a unified system of recruitment for all the bodies of the state. Due to this, the posts in the bodies will not remain vacant for a long time and there will be no arbitrariness in filling.
