you can contact NSDL through email efilingwebmanager@incometax.gov.in / tininfo@nsdl.co.in . Apart from this, you can also get the mistakes rectified by calling 1800-180-1961 and 020-27218080.
Third way,
if you want, you can also get the correction done in the PAN card through offline means by visiting your nearest PAN Facilitation Center. For this, you have to go there and fill the form ‘Application for new PAN card/change/correction of PAN data’, after which the PAN card gets rectified.
