Indigo, one of the country’s most affordable airlines, has come up with a special offer for its air travelers. The company has offered attractive discounts on fares for the passengers. The airline has announced additional discounts for vaccinated passengers.
IndiGo Has Named its New Offer as ‘Vaxi Fare’ For Passengers
, under which those who will get the first or both of the Kovid-19 vaccine will get a discount of 10 percent on the base price. The dose has expired. The airline has said that this step is being taken with the aim of speeding up the Kovid-19 vaccination campaign.

known that this offer was first introduced in August last year. Currently, it is available for all domestic flights in India. If you also want to take advantage of this offer, then keep in mind that air travelers can take advantage of this discount in fare for travel dates beyond 15 days from the date of booking.
Here Are The Terms Of The Offer:
- Passengers will have to show proof of COVID vaccination to avail the 10% discount.
- Proof of Kovid vaccination can also be submitted through the Aarogya Setu mobile application.
- Any Indian citizen of the age of 18 years and above can book tickets under the ‘Vaxi Fare’ exemption.
- If a passenger is somehow unable to show his/her vaccination proof, he/she will have to pay the full cost of the ticket.

- To take advantage of this, go to IndiGo’s website and fill all the travel related information.
- Select the option of ‘Vaxy Fare’ here.
- Now choose the flight of your choice.
- Opt for round trip or one-way tickets.
- Now fill in the Beneficiary ID correctly (Vaccine Fare requires a valid Beneficiary ID)
- Finally the discount will be applicable on the ticket and the booking will be completed.
- Similar to this discount offer, another airline, Go Air, had offered a 20 per cent discount for the fliers. It was only for those who had received both doses of the vaccine against Kovid. The booking period was valid till January 31, while the travel period was till March 31.
