Kotak Mahindra Bank FD Rates: Private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank has revised interest rates on fixed deposits (FDs) for different tenures. 

These interest rates are for all domestic, NRO and NRE customers. The new interest rates are effective from today i.e. March 9, 2022. These rates will be applicable on FDs up to Rs 2 crore.

What is the new rates

Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the FD maturing in 365 to 389 days to 5 percent. Earlier the bank was paying 4.9 per cent interest on this period.

At the same time, the bank has now decided to pay interest at the rate of 2.5 percent, 2.75 percent and 3 percent on FDs maturing in 7 to 30 days, 31 to 90 days and 91 to 120 days respectively.

the bank 3% to 5.8% interest rate on FD maturing in 7 days to 10 years is offered. Kotak Mahindra Bank will now offer 4.40% interest on FDs maturing in 181 to 363 days, while 4.50% on FDs with maturity of 364 days.

FDs maturing in 390 days and less than 23 months will be repaid at the rate of 5.10 per cent. Senior citizens will get 50 basis points higher interest rate on FDs.
