To solve any problem related to pension, the Modi government is organizing the Pension Adalat (Nation-wide Pension Adalat).
This Pension Adalat will be done at one time in the whole country. The special thing is that pensioners can participate in this program sitting at home. Because this Pension Adalat will be done through Video Conferencing (VC). The government has fixed the date of May 5 for this.
The aim is to bring down the graph of complaints related to pension in a jiffy.
According to the Deputy Secretary in the Government of India, Sanjoy Shankar, the motive behind conducting the nationwide Pension Adalat is to bring down the graph of pension-related complaints in a jiffy.
The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare has ordered all the departments to make better preparations for it. The departments have been asked to prepare for the conduct of VC and make the pensioner aware about joining it.
Pension problem has to be solved immediately
According to Sanjoy Shankar, whatever complaint the pensioner has, the officers will have to remove it immediately. The officers will have to ensure that every officer who looks after the pension system is present in this court.
Pensioner should get enough time
According to Sanjoy Shankar, Pensioners, HoD, DDO, PAO and Bank will join their place in the VC of Pension Adalat and prepare well in advance for each and every case listed. The officers have to ensure that adequate time is given to the pensioners during VC to raise their grievances.
How to file complaint online
- A link will be sent to the pensioner on the register mobile number or e-mail before the Pension Adalat.
- Pensioners will click on this link and their grievances will be heard through VC.
- The pensioner has to first send his 12 digit PPO number, account number, address and mobile number, e-mail id along with the complaint in the prescribed form.
- If the complaint is sent by post, then it is necessary to write Pension Adalat 2022 on the top of the envelope.
