Summer vacation may start in Delhi from June 1
Most of the schools in the country’s capital Delhi run under the Central Board of Secondary Education. In such a situation, the summer holidays can start from June 1. It is being told that the holidays will start as soon as the 10th term two examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education are over.
Actually, the last paper of 10th term two examinations is on 24th May. After this the students of 10th class will not have to come to school. In Uttar Pradesh adjoining Delhi, summer vacation will start in government schools from May 20 (Friday). This time there will be summer vacation in government schools only for 25 days.
In this way, government schools in UP will be closed on May 20 and schools will resume operations from June 16. Earlier, in UP, there were holidays in schools from May 20 and then from July 1, schools started operating. Actually, winter holidays were reduced to 15 days, so summer vacations have been reduced by a fortnight.
Holiday not yet declared in Haryana
Haryana summer vacation has not been declared including Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Palwal adjoining Delhi. In fact, the Manohar Lal Khattar government of Haryana has definitely changed the timing of schools in view of the summer, which is also applicable from May 4, but has not declared summer holidays. At present the new timing of the school is from 7 am to 12 noon.
Due to the scorching heat and heat in Chhattisgarh , summer vacations have been done in schools from April 24. Now schools will open in the state from June 14.
Due to the heatwave in West Bengal , people are finding it difficult to leave their homes. A holiday has been declared in schools as soon as the temperature crosses 40 degree Celsius. In West Bengal, schools have been closed since May 2 due to summer.
Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh , has been declared a summer vacation from April 29, as it was being demanded by the parents due to the high heat.
The scorching heat in Punjab has started from the month of May. Schools in government schools in Punjab have been closed since May 15 in view of the maximum temperature and scorching heat.
In Haryana adjoining Delhi , summer vacations can be announced in schools in the next few days. Preparations are going on in this regard.
Due to the heat in Maharashtra , summer vacations have been announced for students of classes 1 to 9 and class 11 from May 2. Overall, summer vacations have been declared till June 12 and now schools will open from June 13. At the same time, the summer vacations in Vidarbha will end on June 27 and schools will open from June 28.
In Andhra Pradesh , the summer vacations have started in schools from May 6, which is till July 4.
