On May 24, 150 electric buses were flagged off by the Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi. In this joy, the passengers were given a gift of free travel for three days by the Delhi Transport Corporation, that is, till May 26, the passengers traveled free in these buses.
According to government data, more than 89000 passengers traveled for free in Delhi in these three days. According to the information, a total of 89,801 passengers took advantage of the free travel.

According to 40 percent female passenger
information, 12000 passengers traveled free on these electric buses on the first day, 28 thousand on the second day i.e. 25 and on the last day i.e. 26 May. Of these, 40 percent were female passengers.
Explain that these buses do not emit smoke, they have CCTV cameras, GPS, 10 panic buttons and ramps for the differently-abled etc. This is the reason why people are enjoying a lot in traveling in these buses. Earlier in January, Arvind Kejriwal had flagged off two electric buses. Now the total fleet of e-buses has increased to 152.
