Market Opening

At the beginning of the trading session on Friday morning, the 30-point Sensex fell more than 300 points to open at the level of 51,181.99. At the same time, the 50-point Nifty broke 88 points and opened at the level of 15,272.65. During the pre-open session, 26 out of 30 Sensex stocks were seen trading with a fall.

On the other hand, the US stock market also

saw a decline again in the US market. The fear of recession dominated the US market on Thursday. Dow Jones went down 750 points to below 30 thousand. This is the low level of the last one and a half years. Earlier in January 2021, Dow Jones went below 30 thousand. The Nasdaq also declined 4 percent. European markets are down 3 per cent.

At the end of the trading session, the 30-point Sensex closed at 51,495.79, down 1045.60 points. At the same time, the 50-point Nifty broke 331.55 points to the level of 15,360.60 points.
