According to EPFO, the organization strives to provide more services and it gives equal benefits especially to women employees and there are special benefits for those employees who had to leave their present job due to physical disability. E-Nomination
EPFO says that it is very important to file e-nomination. EPFO says that e-enrollment helps in getting the Provident Fund (PF), Pension (EPS) and Insurance (EDLI) benefits easily on the death of the member. Also provides the facility of online claim submission to the nominee.
How to do E-Nomination
- Go to EPFO website > Services > For Employees > Click on Member UAN / Online Service.
- Login with UAN and Password.
- Select ‘e-Nomination’ under Manage tab.
- Provide details will appear on the screen. Proceed with ‘Save’.
- Click on ‘Yes’ to update the family details.
- Click on ‘Add Family Details’. More than one nominee can be added.
- Click on Nomination Details to declare the total amount of shares. Click on ‘Save EPF Nomination’.
- Click on ‘E-sign to generator OTP’. Submit the ‘OTP’ sent to the mobile number linked with the Aadhar card.
- E-nomination is registered with EPFO. After e-enrolment, no further physical documents are required.
