Bonus for Railway Employees: Before Diwali, railway employees have been gifted by the government, in which it has been decided to give bonus equal to 78 days’ salary. This will benefit 11 lakh employees.
The employees of Indian Railways are going to get the bonus of 2022 before Diwali. The Union Cabinet led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, October 1, approved a bonus equal to 78 days’ salary for railway employees, the Railway Ministry said. This has been announced by Union Minister Anurag Thakur. According to the available data, about 11.27 lakh non-gazetted railway employees are likely to benefit from this decision.

The cabinet in its decision has given a one time grant of Rs 22,000 crore to the oil distribution companies. So that despite the increase in the price of LPG in the international market, the loss caused by not increasing the price of LPG in the domestic market in the same proportion can be compensated.
