Speculations are being made that DA increase can be announced on Uttarakhand Foundation Day. Here, there is anger among the state employees for not getting the approval of the CM on the DA file.

In the meeting of the state cabinet, it was agreed to give Diwali bonus and four percent DA to the state employees.
