The country’s IT sector giant Wipro has made a big announcement regarding its employees. The company has announced the release of 100% Variable Pay at Team Leader level for the second quarter for this financial year. This has created a wave of happiness among the employees.

According to media reports, before the new year, Wipro company has given a big gift to its employees. On behalf of the company, it was said that Wipro will give 100% variable pay (100% variable pay) to its team leader level employees in the second quarter of the current financial year. Rest of the employees will get paid based on the target achievement of their unit. The variable pay comes to 93.5% as per the performance of the company policy.

According to media reports, it was said on behalf of the company that the payment of variable pay will be with the salary of the employees in November. An internal e-mail has also been sent to the employees by the company management in this regard. Under this, employees from A to B3 bands will be issued variable pay for the quarter ended September. Rest of the employees will get reward according to the achievement of the unit.

On behalf of the company, it has been said that as per the business policy, 93.5% of the variable pay is based on performance. Pay-out is based on the achievement of the unit/function target. If the unit target is met, the employees will get a higher pay-out. Here, in the second quarter of the financial year 2023, the company’s revenue has increased by more than 5 percent to Rs 22,362.9 crore.

Earlier, TCS Company’s Chief Human Resource Officer Milind Lakkar had come out with a statement, in which he had said that 70 percent of TCS employees are going to be paid 100% variable pay while remaining 30 percent employees are going to pay for performance in their business units. basis will be paid.
