A low-pressure area was formed over the equatorial Indian Ocean southeast and east of the Bay of Bengal and around South Hanuman. Cyclone status

Moderate fog is likely at one or two places over Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Gajapati and Kolhapur in the next 48 hours while night minimum temperatures at 18 places have settled below 15 degrees Celsius.
