Many announcements are being made for the ration card holders by the central and state government while giving a big gift to them. Meanwhile, now preparations have been made to provide them gas cylinders at half the price including free ration scheme. Along with this, preparations have also been made to transfer the amount to their account through Uphaar Yojana by other state governments.
People of BPL and Ujjwala category will get gas cylinder for Rs 500.
The announcement was made by the Gehlot government of Rajasthan. Gas cylinders will be made available to BPL and Ujjwala category people in the state for ₹ 500. While making a big announcement by the same CM, it was said that the issue of inflation is serious. In such a situation, after April 1 next year, gas cylinders will be made available to BPL families at the rate of Rs 500.
In such a situation, from April 2023, it will be implemented in the entire state. On the other hand, BPL card holders will get a big benefit from this. Under the Ujjwala Yojana, the government provides 12 cylinders every year to BPL card holders. At the same time, with the implementation of this rule in April 2023, gas cylinders will be available to card holders for ₹ 500. The budget is to be presented next month. In such a situation, this preparation can be seen by the central and state government to reduce the burden of inflation.
Details being studied
Chief Minister Gehlot said that the details are being studied by our government and along with studying the beneficiaries related to the Ujjwala scheme, they will be given 12 cylinders per year from April 1. The price of the same cylinder is currently more than thousands of rupees whereas it will be made available to the beneficiaries for ₹ 500.
Haryana: Free ration to sex workers every month
Apart from this, a lot of preparation has been done by the Haryana government. Under this, now sex workers will also be provided free ration every month. Written orders of the government have been issued regarding free ration kits. Every month preparations will be made to ration the sex workers of the city and the workers will distribute this kit.
Under the Red Cross Society Trans International Project, a list of sex workers is prepared and their counseling is done. Then there are about 1000 sex workers in different areas of the city. Out of which 500 are registered with the society. In such a situation, they will also be given the benefit of the free ration scheme.
Bihar: Decision to open Migration Support Center
Big preparation has also been done by the Bihar government. Many facilities will be made available under one roof to the people going to other states for employment and wages. It has been decided by the Nitish government to open migration support centers in states like Punjab, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Delhi including Rajasthan and Karnataka. From the month of February, along with employment to the people, facilities like their Aadhaar card, ration card, gas connection, electricity connection will also be made available in these centres.
The youth going out of the state in search of employment should not face problems. For this, preparations have been made to provide them basic facilities. In which the Migration Center will be opened in 12 states by the Labor Resources Department. The partner NGO and industry of Migration Center Khol will be made partners in this. Its works have been started. Facility of migration center ration card, gas connection, LPG connection etc. will be made available. For this, preparations are also being made to coordinate with the local administration to make arrangements for giving the benefits of the ration card scheme.
Tamil Nadu: Announcement of giving 1000-1000 rupees in the account
Tamil Nadu government has announced to give 1000-1000 rupees to its ration card holders in their account.
