IMD Weather, Today Weather Update: A big change is being seen in the weather of the country. The weather changed completely in Jharkhand. Again the weather looks dry in 24 hours. There is a possibility of normal rain in North-West India. However, snowfall will continue in the mountains while forecast of heavy rain has been issued in the southern state.

Drizzle can be seen in North-West India. The movement of clouds will continue due to icy winds, cold in Rajasthan can disturb people. In many areas of Rajasthan, the temperature is being seen in minus. From Lucknow, the weather pattern will change across the state. Due to active Western Disturbance, there is a possibility of light snowfall and moderate rain in some areas. However, the weak Western Disturbance will not affect other states.

Cold winds will blow in Delhi

According to the Meteorological Department, Delhi has recorded 83% rainfall since 8:30 am. The cold winds will continue there. Due to the activation of Western Disturbance, snowfall will start once again in the hilly states. However, due to moderate snowfall, there will be widespread impact including Haryana, Punjab. On the other hand, due to cold winds in Delhi, a drop in temperature will be seen. The minimum temperature has dropped to 8 degree Celsius.

Weather will be clear in Uttar Pradesh today

As soon as the February fair starts in the capital Lucknow, there is relief from the cold. Due to light wind and clear weather, the weather is relaxed. In the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the minimum temperature was predicted to be up to 10 degree Celsius on Thursday. With this, the weather will remain clear. However, a warning of drizzle has also been issued in northern Uttar Pradesh.

Drastic change in weather in Jharkhand

Due to landslides in Uttarakhand and Himachal, everyone is being warned to be alert.

There is a possibility of snowfall in Himachal even today. If the report is to be believed then there is no possibility of improvement in the temperature here for a few days. Traffic service has been disrupted due to fresh snowfall in the tribal areas. However, apple growers are very happy with the snowfall.

Heavy rain warning in southern states

A low pressure area had formed over the Southwest Bay of Bengal. Due to which the depression has crossed the Sri Lankan track between Mali. Due to this, once again heavy rains have started in the southern state. Coastal Tamil Nadu Puducherry has also been issued a heavy rain warning. At the same time, schools and colleges have been closed due to heavy rains in Kerala Mahe and South Tamil Nadu. School and college holidays have been declared due to heavy rains in Mayiladuthurai district of Tamil Nadu. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain along with lightning in southern Tamil Nadu including Kerala, Mahe, Puducherry, Karai Kal, Lakshadweep.

Rain warning with dense fog in eastern state

Dense fog will remain in Arunachal Pradesh including Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland today. Cold winds will blow. Along with this, a warning of rain has also been issued in some areas. People have been advised to be alert from landslides etc.
