Rajasthan Weather Update Today: Due to the effect of Western Disturbance, there will be a change in the weather of Rajasthan once again from Tuesday. There is a possibility of rain with cloud cover in a dozen districts. According to the Rajasthan Meteorological Department, today Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer division and Shekhawati region are expected to receive thunderstorms, strong winds and light rain at some places.
In the same Jodhpur and Bikaner division, moderate to high speed thunderstorms can also occur at some places. There is a possibility that due to this change, the temperature may drop up to 2 degree Celsius in many districts of the state.
According to the Rajasthan Meteorological Department, two Western Disturbances have become active in Jammu-Kashmir, Gilgit area of North India. At the same time, a cyclonic circulation is forming in the Pakistan region near the border of Punjab, due to which a trough line will form from Madhya Pradesh via Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and there may be rain and thundershowers in Rajasthan for the next three days. Chances of rain in 3 divisions for 48 hours
According to the Rajasthan Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in many districts of the state on Tuesday and Wednesday. It may rain at some places in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions of the state on Tuesday. There is also a possibility of strong wind and dust storm.
Yellow alert for rain has been issued in Barmer, Bikaner, Alwar, Jaipur, Sikar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu, Tonk, Hanumangarh, Nagaur and Sriganganagar in the state. There are chances of lightning and strong wind in these districts with cloudy sky. Chances of rain ranging from 16 to 64 mm have also been expressed in all these districts. Due to light rain, many districts of East and West Rajasthan may see a drop in maximum temperature up to 4 degrees.
Yellow alert for rain in 12 districts on April 18-19
Rajasthan Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Churu, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu districts late this evening. During this, there is a possibility of strong wind. Wind speed can be up to 40 or 50 kilometers per hour in many districts.
