There is great news for the employees. In fact once again they have been given a significant advantage. Instructions have been given to complete the process by June 15. Employees will get the benefit of increment including promotion. Giving relief to them, the dates have also been extended.
7th Pay Commission, CPSEs Employees APAR: There is important news for the employees. Infect the time limit for their performance appraisal report has been extended. Orders have been issued for this. It will be mandatory to complete the process by the prescribed date under the issued order. Orders have been issued for this by the Finance Ministry. If they do not complete the process, they will not be able to get the benefit of their promotion including increment in the salary of the employees.
The order has been issued by the Ministry of Finance for central employees. In which it has been said that the deadline has been extended for writing the annual performance appraisal report of the top management officials of the Central Public Sector Enterprises for the year 2021-22 batch.
Instructions to complete the process by June 15
The office bearers of CPSEs have to complete the process by June 15 to write the APARs. Office memorandum in this regard was issued on 9 April 2019, 27 December 2022 and 9 March 2023. It has now been decided that the deadline for writing APARs for Top Management Officials of CPSEs for the year 2021-22 is being extended. The process of activity will start from 15th May. At the same time, it will be mandatory to complete the process by June 15.
