On the other hand, their minimum wages will also be increased. This can be considered by the government. The employees have been demanding a minimum wage hike for a long time. Along with this, there is a demand of the employees that a new Pay Commission should be constituted.
44.4% increase in salary possible
However, at present, no official confirmation has been made by the government regarding the minimum wage hike. Explain that the fitment factor for central employees is currently 2.57. Although the demand of the employees is that it should be increased to 3.68 times, while the government may consider increasing it to 3 times. If the fitment factor for employees is increased to 3.68 times, then their wages will see an increase of 44.4%.

The fitment factor is being paid under the 6th Pay Commission. There is a demand to increase it under the Seventh Pay Commission. This can be increased to 3.68% under the 7th Pay Commission. For this the review report can be sent to the Finance Department. There is a possibility that film hazards may be increased from 2.57 to 3 or 3.68 times under the 7th Pay Commission.
This decision will be taken in 2023, while preparations can be made to implement it from 2024. However, due to lack of official confirmation, the employees are still continuously demanding it. Earlier in 2016, the fitment factor was increased. The Seventh Pay Commission was also implemented in the same year.
Salary will increase so much
The fitment factor can be increased up to 3 times by the government. If the fitment factor of the employees is done then the basic salary of 15500 can increase to ₹ 39835. Along with this, their dearness allowance will increase. Not only this, if the basic salary of an employee is 18000 then it can be increased to 21000 or 26000.
An increase of Rs 3 to 8 thousand can be seen in their minimum salary. If the increase is recorded according to the demand of the same employees, then an increase of more than 44% in the salary of the employees is also possible. The government can take an important decision on this in the coming days.
