UP Weather Alert Today : The effect of cyclonic storm Mocha can be seen in Uttar Pradesh from today. The UP Meteorological Department has issued an alert for thunderstorms and rain in 27 districts. During this, there is a possibility of dust storm along with lightning. A new Western Disturbance is going to become active on May 17, due to its effect there is a possibility of rain on May 18.

Today, along with Mathura, Agra and Firozabad, Bundelkhand’s Lalitpur, Jhansi, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Banda, Chitrakoot, Allahabad, Mirzapur and Sonbhadra are expected to receive heavy rains with thunderstorms. Same with strong sunshine in other districts of UP. The sky will be clear but the temperature may drop by 2 or 3 degrees Celsius.
The weather will change again after May 18
According to the UP Meteorological Department, on May 16 and 17, strong winds will blow in many districts of the state, there will be rain with thunder and lightning.
