Patna Ranchi Vande Bharat Express: 5 Vande Bharat trains are going to start operating soon on different routes in the country. Two of these trains will start in Madhya Pradesh. For the first time, Bihar is also going to get the gift of Vande Bharat train. The semi high speed train running between Patna and Ranchi will be flagged off on 27th June. 2 trial runs of the train have been completed. During both the trial runs, animals came on the track at two to three places. Sources claim that there is a preparation to conduct another trial run before regular operations.
The train will run six days a week
Meanwhile, the official running schedule of the train has been prepared. Soon official information about this will be given by the Railways. Sources told that the train will be run six days a week. It will not work on Tuesday. The train will leave Patna Jn daily at 7 am and reach Ranchi at 1 pm and Hatia station at 1.20 pm. In return, leaving Hatia at 3.55 pm and Ranchi at 4.15 pm, it will reach Patna at 10.10 pm.
The distance will be completed in 6 hours.
The train will take 6 hours 15 minutes to cover the distance of 385 km between Patna and Ranchi. Accordingly, the average speed of the train will be 61 km per hour. Sources also claim that the matter regarding the train fare has also been finalized. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this yet. For traveling from Patna to Ranchi, passengers will have to pay Rs 1,760 in executive class and Rs 890 for chair car.
The amount of catering has not been added to the train fare. If passengers wish, they can order food or snacks by paying as per their wish. The train will have the capacity to travel 530 passengers with two loco pilots. The train will run at a speed of 128 to 130 kmph. Let us tell you that currently 18 Vande Bharat Express are running on different routes across the country. The first Vande Bharat Express train was inaugurated in 2019 on the New Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Varanasi route.
