Vande Bharat Express Train: The wait for the Vande Bharat Express running between Patna and Ranchi for the railway passengers is over. Its regular operations will start from June 28. Before this, the train will be inaugurated from Ranchi on 27th June. Railways has approved the train schedule. Reservation for traveling in the train has also started. The operation of Vande Bharat Express has been confirmed after two successful trials between Patna and Ranchi. According to media reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag off the train.
How many seats will there be
The reservation work for eight-coach Vande Bharat Express started from Saturday. Passengers in the train can make reservations after June 28. AC Chair Car has 423 seats and Executive Car has 40 seats. The fare for AC chair car from Patna to Ranchi will be Rs.1025 and for executive chair car will be Rs.1930.
The fare for two classes from Ranchi to Patna is Rs 1175 and Rs 2110 respectively. There will also be arrangement for breakfast for the passengers while going from Patna to Ranchi and food while coming from Ranchi to Patna. The cost of breakfast from Patna to Ranchi is Rs.157 for AC chair car and Rs.190 for executive class. On the other hand, while returning from Ranchi to Patna, the food rates are Rs.308 and Rs.369 for both the classes respectively. The CPRO of East Central Railway said that the train with 8 coaches will run for 6 days in a week and the train will not run on Tuesdays.
Inauguration on June 27 at 10:30 am in Ranchi
On June 27, Ranchi to Patna Vande Bharat Special Express will leave at 10:30. The vehicle number will be 02439. This train leaves Mesra at 10:50, Barkakana at 11:45, Charhi at 12:20, Hazaribagh Town at 12:45, Barhi at 13:20, Koderma at 14:08, Paharpur at 14:50, Gaya. It will reach Patna Junction at 17:25, stopping at Jehanabad at 16:23.
28 made operational, train number 22349/22350
On 28 June, 22349 Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express will leave Patna Junction at 07:00 hrs. This train will leave Gaya at 8:25 am, Koderma at 9:35 am, Hazaribagh at 10:38 am, Barkakana at 11:35 am, Mesra at 12:20 pm and reach Ranchi at 13:00 pm. In the return journey on June 28, train 22350 Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express will leave at 16:15 hrs. The train will reach Patna Junction at 22:05 via Mesra at 16:35, Barkakana at 17:30, Hazaribagh at 18:30, Koderma at 19:30, Gaya at 20:45.
