New Delhi. The difficulties of the domestic airline Go First are increasing continuously. Go First, which is facing cash crisis, has now canceled its flights till 6 July. The company announced this on Thursday.
Earlier, the airline had announced the cancellation of operations till June 30. Flight operations in the company, which is facing insolvency resolution process, have been closed since May 3 and since then the cancellation period has been extended several times.
Go First expressed regret
The company tweeted, “Due to operational reasons, all GoFirst flights scheduled till July 6 have been cancelled. We will be able to restore ticket bookings soon.”

Senior representatives of the current management of GoFirst held detailed discussions with the officials of aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on various aspects of the company’s revival plan. The company has applied for immediate resolution and resumption of operations.
GoFirst operates flights to 35 destinations
Let us tell you that GoFirst is the budget airline of the Wadia Group. GoFirst operated the first flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad in November 2005. The company’s fleet includes 59 aircraft. The airline operates its flights to 27 domestic and 8 international destinations i.e. a total of 35 destinations.
