Orders have also been issued for this. Under the issued order, the benefit of never made dearness allowance will be made available from the month of January. Along with this the arrears have to be paid. Along with this, a big increase in their salary will be recorded. At the same time, an increase of 8 to 10 thousand rupees will be seen in the account.
Order issued
Orders were issued by the Madhya Pradesh government to increase the dearness allowance of the employees getting their seventh and sixth pay scales. In fact, the dearness allowance of the employees getting the sixth pay scale was increased by 9%. Orders for this were issued on 3 August. According to the order issued, they will be paid from January. Also, the arrears are to be paid in three equal installments in the months of October, November and December.
Fifth pay scale: 11 percent increase in dearness allowance
Meanwhile, dearness allowance has also been increased for the employees now getting the fifth pay scale. His dearness allowance has been increased by 11 percent. Till now the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 269% was being provided to the employees. From January 2023, they will be provided salary at the rate of 280% dearness allowance with an increase of 11%. They will get dearness allowance at the rate of 280% on basic salary.
Fourth pay scale: 40% increase in dearness allowance
The dearness allowance of the employees getting the same fourth pay scale has also been increased. Under this, their dearness allowance has been increased by 40%. At present these employees were being provided 1265% of the basic pay as dearness allowance. The same has now been increased to 1305% with a 40% increase in their dearness allowance. Orders for this have also been issued by the Finance Department.
Seventh pay scale: DA increased at the rate of 4 percent
While earlier the dearness allowance was increased for the employees getting the seventh pay scale for the January half year, orders were issued for this in the month of July. For the January half-year, their dearness allowance has been increased at the rate of 4 per cent. Orders for this have also been issued in the month of July. From the month of August, they are being paid salary along with increased dearness allowance.
6 months arrears also paid
According to the order issued in July, the salary of the employees will increase from the month of August. Along with this, the arrears of 6 months from January will also be paid to them. However, the payment is to be made to them in the last three months of this year.
