4% increase in dearness allowance
The Dearness Allowance of the employees was increased by 4% by the Government of Chhattisgarh. For this, orders have been issued by the Finance Ministry. Under the issued order, 42% dearness allowance is being made available to the employees. Along with this, his house rent allowance was also increased. Now orders have been issued by the municipality for increase in HRA.
Order to give 9% HRA of seventh pay scale
Risali Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ashish Dewangan has issued orders to increase the allowance of the employees of Risali. Under the seventh pay scale, orders have been given to give 9% HRA to the employees. It will be implemented from the month of August. Along with the salary for the month of September, they will get the benefit.
4000 to 6000 increase in salary
It may be mentioned that 10% house rent allowance was being provided to the employees in Bhilai’s Risali Municipal Corporation under the sixth pay scale. At the same time, with the issuance of new orders of the government, orders have been issued to give 9% house rent allowance to the employees of the seventh pay scale from August 2023. Along with being entitled to an increase in HRA, the salary of the employees will see an increase of ₹4000 to ₹6000. With this, their salary can increase from 40 to 42 thousand rupees.
After the order was issued, Gopal Sinha, president of the employees’ union, says that along with regular salary, the benefit of 42% dearness allowance is being made available to the employees and officers. Along with this, orders have been issued to increase other allowances as well. For which he met the commissioner and expressed his gratitude to him.
It may be noted that at present there are about 60 regular officers and employees working in Risali Corporation of Bhilai. There are 41 employees of class II, 3 of class III and 13 of class IV. Apart from this, the benefits of other allowances including increased dearness allowance are also being made available to other civic workers.
