There is good news for staff teachers. They have to apply for leave online. Instructions have been given by the state government for this. The application process will start from the month of October. Earlier, instructions have been given to the officers to update the information.
Employees Transfer, Employees Online Transfer: There is big news for the employees. There has been a significant change in their leave rules. Now the process of leave will be completed through online medium.
Leave process online
Big preparations have been made by the Uttar Pradesh government. Under this, very soon there will be a change in the rule of leave of work teachers and employees in government and aided colleges of the state. The facility of leave from the Manav Sampada portal will be made available to the employees by the management. Important instructions have been given by the government. Under which it has been made mandatory to do all the work of leave management and annual evaluation on the Manav Sampada portal from October 1.
All action will be done through Manav Sampada Portal
Instructions have been given by the government to upload the details of all the employees on the portal by August 30, except those employees whose salary is paid from the treasury. All their updates and information will be made available on Manav Sampada Portal. Apart from the service details of the teachers and employees of the college, all other actions will be done through the Manav Sampada portal.
Instructions to officers
It may be mentioned that all the data of annual evaluation, salary withdrawal, appointment, assignment, discharge and leave management including merit based online transfer system will be uploaded on this portal. Along with this, all the work related to transfer, annual assessment, salary withdrawal and service book will be done through the Manav Sampada portal from October 1 only. Following the instructions of the government, the Directorate of Higher Education has instructed all higher education officers to complete the work by October 31. Along with this, a certificate has been demanded from them.
In the certificate, information will be taken to upload and verify the student percentage against the staff of the aided college, including all the regional offices of the government college, government library in their area. It was clarified by the government that in the first week of every month, all the service details related to the Manav Sampada portal should be uploaded and it should be kept up to date. For this, all the details including last month till this week will be updated.
