Aadhar-PAN card is being used in GST evasion
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has advised people in this regard. The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has cautioned people that sharing Aadhaar and PAN details without valid reason or any monetary benefit can be misused by fraudsters for GST evasion.
According to the news, CBIC said in a tweet that Aadhaar and PAN details can be used to create fake entities for GST evasion. That’s why people should avoid sharing them without any valid reason.

CBIC gave its jamkari on Twitter. CBIC said that keep your personal data and details safe, which can be misused to create fake entities for GST evasion. In the past year, Goods and Services Tax (GST) officials busted several bogus companies that were used to fraudulently claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) by creating fake invoices without actual supply of goods.
Fraud has happened with many users
Along with this, many fraud cases related to the bank using the Aadhar card incorrectly have also come to the fore. Even in Aadhaar based transactions, many users have been cheated till now. Banks always keep alerting their customers about this that do not share any of your personal details with anyone.
