Air India CHRO Ravindra Kumar GP announced a salary hike for the employees. The increased salary will be effective from April 1, 2024. Apart from this, the company has also announced a bonus for the financial year 2023-24 on the basis of individual performance.
18 thousand employees were appraised
A total of more than 18 thousand employees work in Air India. The airline has started annual review of all the employees who joined before 31 December 2023. Which includes ground staff, cabin crew and pilots. The review is based on the new performance management system (Rise.AI). Please note that the limit of the increased salary has not been disclosed.
