New Delhi The financial situation of the government airline Air India has deteriorated more than ever due to the corona virus. Airline chief Rajiv Bansal said the situation had worsened. However, the company continues to operate in some way. In a message sent to the staff, Bansal said that during the epidemic, all necessary facilities will be provided for starting special flights for relief and rescue.

He said, ‘Air India is going through a bad economic situation long before the Kovid-19 epidemic started. The tragic effects of the epidemic, especially the aviation sector, have worsened the company’s financial situation. Even after that, your company has left no stone unturned to maintain operations

Bansal reminded the employees that the company stands with them at all times. He said that the safety and health of employees along with the passengers is the priority of the company.

The company operated its first flight in January to evacuate people from Wuhan, China. Bansal said that due to security measures taken by the company, so far only one of its employees has been found infected with Corona virus.
