Airtel Recharge, Free JioHotstar Subscription: Bharti Airtel has launched a new recharge plan for prepaid users in India. JioHotstar subscription is being offered free in this recharge launched during the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season. Let us tell you that JioHotstar is a new streaming platform introduced by merging JioCinema and Disney+Hotstar. 50GB data is also being offered in this new recharge plan. With this plan, Airtel customers can watch other movies, shows, animations and documentaries apart from Live IPL 2025 match on their mobile and TV.
Airtel prepaid recharge of Rs 451: Airtel Rs. 451 Prepaid Recharge
Airtel says that 50GB data is offered in the Rs 451 prepaid recharge. The validity of this plan is 30 days. But keep in mind that this is only the validity of the voucher and not the service validity. Under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), customers can use unlimited data till the data available in the plan is exhausted. After this the internet speed reduces to 64Kbps.
Apart from the 50GB data available in the plan, Airtel prepaid customers get JioHotstar subscription completely free for 90 days. However, there are no voice or SMS benefits in the plan. Please note that this is not a standalone recharge plan, which means that it is necessary to have an active base plan in your phone.
JioHotstar Subscription Plans
It is worth noting that the price of JioHotstar’s ad-supported plan is Rs 149, whose validity is Rs 149. In this plan, users can watch content on mobile at 720p resolution.
The price of JioHotstar Premium plan is Rs 299. While the price of JioHotstar subscription plan with one year validity is Rs 1499.
Let us tell you that apart from Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea (Vi) also have recharge plans with free subscription of JioHotstar. Jio’s Rs 100 recharge plan offers ad-supported JioHotstar content and its validity is 90 days.
